It is based on the proven conceptual premise that long-term success is based on three factors: high-quality personal relationships, good ideas, and disciplined execution. The 360 feedback tool allows users to easily send a five-minute feedback form to as many as forty people who know them well, and aggregates their feedback anonymously for a comprehensive report.

  • With a minimum of 10 reviewers, PIE360 is better able to identify patterns, reduce individual biases, and provide a holistic view of how others perceive you, making its results more reliable and actionable. In general, as the number of your reviewers goes up, so does the validity of your results.

    PIE360 primarily relies on inter-rater reliability—the idea that meaningful insights emerge when multiple perspectives converge.
